Everything a house needs, booked in one place
Some of this I do myself. The rest is done by licensed trades I have vetted, whose calendars and rates I can see, so a job gets scheduled while we are still talking instead of after four voicemails.

How the partner side works, plainly
You are told before anything is scheduled whether a job is mine or a partner's. Licensed work is contracted and paid directly between you and that trade, and I never mark it up or take a cut of your invoice. What you are paying me for is that I already know your house, I write the scope, I meet them at the door, and I follow it through to done.
The scope is written before they arrive
Photos, measurements, model numbers, and the history of the house go to the trade in advance. No free estimate visit, no second trip for the right part.
Booked against a live calendar
Each partner controls the windows they open to me. I book into one of those windows on the spot rather than leaving you to play phone tag.
Somebody is at the house
I handle access, stay on site when it matters, and photograph the finished work for your record.
One accountable person
If a partner is late or the work is wrong, that is my problem to solve. You made one call.
Every partner is licensed, insured, and checked before they go on the list.
Tell me what your house needs
Send a photo and a rough timeframe. You will get a price and a date back the same day, whoever ends up doing the work.
