Best for a larger property, or one that sits empty part of the year.
No contracts, no cancellation fees, and no minimum term on either membership. Rates are confirmed after a walkthrough, since a four thousand square foot house on the marsh is not the same job as a townhome in Nocatee.
One time work is welcome too
You do not have to join anything. Individual jobs are quoted flat before I start, materials at cost, and the price is the price. Members pay less and get scheduled first, which is the only difference.
