Start with a walkthrough
Forty minutes at your house, no charge. I walk the property, note what needs attention now and what can wait, and you keep that list whether or not you sign up for anything.
Or just send it over
Text a photo of whatever needs doing and roughly when you need it. You will get a price and a date back the same day, and I will tell you up front whether it is mine to do or a partner's.
Hours
Weekday afternoons and evenings, all day Saturday and Sunday. Scheduled member visits are booked into set weekly windows.
Storms
During an active watch or warning, member prep runs first and the calendar opens earlier in the day. Text rather than email that week.
Service area
Ponte Vedra Beach, Sawgrass, Marsh Landing, Palm Valley, Nocatee, and the Beaches. Slightly outside? Ask, the answer is often yes.
